A French cheese platter with beautiful textures and flavours, served with a fruity red wine from the Ardeche which is bring poured into one of the two glasses. The cheese are (left to right) Crottin de Chavignol goat cheese, Corsican brin d'amour sheep cheese, Valençay goat cheese, Tomme au marc de raisin cow cheese from Savoie. In the background is traditional French sliced baguette. The slate cheeseboard is Welsh and has Caws carved into it, the Welsh word for cheese, combining my two nationalities in one photo.
